100% Return Policy

At McGivern Diamonds, our policy is to give a 100% refund if not satisfied for any reason, with the exception of shipping costs. Our standard policy is below, however if you need more time than the norm, in most cases we are happy to extend this, just request this when ordering. Our standard return policy is that the merchandise must be postmarked within (7) days of receipt, and returned in original condition, along with any associated certificates. If you choose to return any items, just call or email us to inform us of the return. It's that simple!

We Ship Overnight

Just call us toll free to order, we ship Fed Ex overnight with insurance, the charge is $35 to the continental U.S, this charge includes insurance. We ship virtually anywhere in the world, if non U.S, just call or email for a shipping price.
